Coaching can help you in your personal and professional life. Coaching helps you figure out your values, set goals and move you towards real changes in your life. Some clients know exactly what they want to achieve, some know they need to make a change in their life but need to explore how. Coaching is a conversation during which I work alongside you, ask questions and listen a lot. Some of the questions will be personal and tough, and challenge you to be honest with yourself.
Where do I go for coaching? How many sessions do I need?
Coaching is a conversation in person or via video or phone call. Sessions last one hour and most clients benefit from about four sessions over 8 weeks. After that sessions can be booked as needed or in blocks of four. Some clients may find they return some time after the first block of sessions to work on a new area.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
